Meet Bruno! Bruno is a 14 month old German Shepherd born and raised in Isselburg, Germany. Once selected, Bruno was flown to the United States and met with his new handler Lieutenant Thompson. It was love at first sight. Bruno is currently at home bonding with his new family. He enjoys taking walks, jumping in every puddle he sees and chewing on Kong’s. On Monday, May 20th, he and Lieutenant Thompson will begin six weeks of training at Von der haus Gill K-9 academy. Upon graduation, Bruno will be certified in narcotics detection, tracking and apprehension. We can’t thank the community enough for their support in helping us establish this program. Crappies have been a respectable nine to 11 inches.
Indian Lake is consistently ranked as the top lake in the state for saugeye fishing in both numbers and size, with most fish in the 15- to 19-inch range.
